Tsehum harbour is situated in All Bay in Shoal Harbour near the north end of the Saanich Peninsula about 30 km north of Victoria, B.C. The structures consist of three separate wharf-heads connected to three sets of pontoon floats. The wharfs are approach over a fill section.
